What is Biochemistry


Biochemistry deals with the entire chemical processes that occur in living organisms.It is closely related to the molecular biology, microbiology, plant biology, zoology and so on.It describes the macromolecules like carbohydrates. proteins, nucleic acids, lipids etc. and their biological functions, structures, mode of action.The field of biochemistry spreads in medical, agricultures, nutrition and every sphere associated with living materials.It is the science that makes a relationship between biology and chemistry by applying suitable techniques and chemical reactions.
